Deal significance: Aqualand Group is an Australia-headquartered integrated property developer.
According to a statement from Hall & Wilcox, Aqualand Group will use the finance to complete the construction of AURA by Aqualand, a $1 billion mixed-use development, which is set to be the focal point of the transformation and rejuvenation of North Sydney.
Commenting on the deal, partner Ranny Fan said: “It was a privilege to have supported Aqualand Group on this significant transaction.
