Jeffrey has experience in global markets, having regularly acted on both Australian and international corporate borrowers and financial institutions on domestic and cross-border matters.
Jeffrey said he was “thrilled” to join the team.
“And [I] look forward to contributing to the growth and success of the practice, leveraging my experience and collaborating closely with the talented team here,” Jeffrey said.
Commenting on his move, David Morris, partner and head of the firm’s corporate practice and the national leader of the group’s transactional business, said Jeffrey’s appointment is in “direct response” to an increase in client’s complex transaction matters.
Morris added Jeffrey brings a “wealth of experience” in advising ASX-listed and private companies in real estate, construction and infrastructure, and financial services.
“Adam’s arrival not only strengthens our core financial capabilities, but his expertise in the US debt capital markets further enhances the breadth of support we can provide to our clients,” Morris said.
National corporate practice group leader Jackie Solakovski noted Jeffrey’s “vast experience and network” would enhance the firm’s capability in providing expert strategic counsel.
“Adam is widely recognised as a leading finance lawyer and will add further depth and capability to our corporate transactions practice and I am thrilled to welcome him to the team,” Solakovski said.
