National firm Colin Biggers & Paisley has promoted one to partner, one to special counsel, and six senior associates.
A partner, special counsel, and senior associates were promoted across five of Colin Biggers & Paisley’s practice areas.
Nick Crennan, managing partner, said the latest round of promotions has recognised the “exceptional calibre” of Colin Biggers & Paisley’s people and the “valuable contributions” they make to clients.
“Each of these individuals has demonstrated outstanding technical skill, commitment to client service, and leadership within our teams.
“As we celebrate our 125th year, we continue to focus on our client-centric approach, consistently investing in talent development and enhancing our capabilities to meet the evolving demands of our client and practice,” Crennan said.
Sydney-based lawyer Jean-Paul Fraticelli was to promoted partner in the property and development group, where he advises on acquisition and sale of development sites and commercial assets.
New special counsel Tyrone Prisk from the employment and safety team in Brisbane has a specialist practice advising clients on the education and faith-based sectors and has been a key adviser on complex industrial relations issues.
Ashleigh Foster, from the planning, government, infrastructure and environment team in Brisbane, was promoted to senior associate, as were Melbourne-based lawyers Harrison Morley from the construction and engineering practice and Kylie Trinh from disputes and investigations.
Also promoted to senior associate was Brisbane-based lawyer Finian Whish from the employment and safety team, and the insurance practice’s Christian Gorman from Melbourne and Stephanie Kostic from Sydney.
