Holding Redlich has promoted six lawyers to special counsel and senior associate across its Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane offices.
Reinforcing its commitment to internal progression and recognition, Holding Redlich has promoted six lawyers into senior positions.
Stepping into the role of special counsel are James Stedman, Amy Pun, Joanne Keo, and Felicia Prosser.
Stedman, from the workplace relations and safety team in Melbourne, has advised clients on a range of complex legal issues and regularly appears in the Fair Work Commission and federal and state courts.
Pun, Sydney’s corporate and commercial special counsel, advises on private and public sector clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and restructures, private capital raising, and finance and security arrangements.
From the property, planning and development team in Sydney, Keo focuses on retail and commercial leasing and advises institutional landlords, property owners and tenants on national leasing portfolios and complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
Prosser, in Brisbane’s dispute resolution and litigation team, specialises in government, public and administrative law, competition and consumer law, regulatory compliance, investigations and enforcement, and corporate and commercial disputes.
Also promoted are Georgeana Luong and Kathryn St. John to senior associate, both in Melbourne’s dispute resolution and litigation team.
