National law firm Holding Redlich has promoted 17 lawyers across its national offices to senior roles, including elevating three to its partnership ranks.
Holding Redlich has promoted 17 lawyers across its national network, with the appointments set to take effect from 1 July 2026.
As part of its latest promotion round, the national law firm has elevated three lawyers to partner, promoted five to special counsel, and advanced a further nine to senior associate.
In a statement, the firm said the promotion round underscores its continued focus on developing internal talent and creating clear and structured pathways for career progression across the organisation.
The newly appointed partners are Emily Ng (construction, infrastructure and projects, Brisbane), Samantha Haddon (corporate and commercial, Canberra), and Katharine Huxley (planning, environment and sustainability, Sydney).
Having been with the firm for nearly four years, Ng brings deep expertise advising contractors, engineering firms and public sector clients on major infrastructure and renewable energy projects, with a practice spanning project delivery, contractual disputes and a broad range of dispute resolution processes.
With more than a decade of experience in the profession, Haddon brings extensive expertise in advising Commonwealth agencies on procurement, contracting, and regulatory frameworks across major and high-value government projects.
Rounding out the new partner cohort, Huxley specialises in planning and environmental law, bringing extensive experience in litigation before the NSW Land and Environment Court.
She advises both government and private sector clients on development appeals, enforcement matters, and judicial review proceedings, and regularly appears as a solicitor advocate in complex matters.
Holding Redlich national managing partner Troy Lewis said the promotions highlight the depth of talent across the firm and will strengthen its ability to deliver sharp, commercially focused advice to clients navigating an increasingly complex and fast-moving legal and regulatory landscape.
“Each of our promoted lawyers brings exceptional expertise and a strong track record in their respective fields, further enhancing our ability to deliver practical, commercially focused advice to clients in an increasingly complex legal and regulatory environment,” Lewis said.
“Collectively, these appointments will strengthen our national capabilities across construction and infrastructure, government, corporate and commercial advisory, dispute resolution and litigation, planning and environmental law, property and development, workplace relations and safety and support our continued growth across the firm.”
The five newly appointed special counsel are Mara Norton (property and development, Melbourne), Charlie Hodgetts (dispute resolution and litigation, Sydney), Jessica Baldwin (planning, environment and sustainability, Sydney), Michael Hope (workplace relations and safety, Sydney), and Sally Crane (construction, infrastructure and projects, Brisbane).
