Clayton Utz has acted for RBS Morgans which, together with Mirabaud Securities LLP, was joint lead manager to the $55.5 million capital raising of Atlantic Limited, advised by Johnson Winter Slattery.

Clayton Utz equity capital markets partner Brendan Groves led the transaction which comprised the distribution of 1.26 billion shares to strategic international investors, as well as Australian and international institutional investors.

Funds raised will facilitate the construction and commissioning of the Windimurra vanadium project.
