Corrs Chambers Westgarth has advised Fuji Xerox Australia on all aspects of its acquisition of one of Australia's leading managed print solutions providers, Upstream Print Solutions.

The acquisition was completed on 10 August and will broaden Fuji Xerox Australia's Managed Print Service offerings in the Australian market.

The Corrs team was lead by partner Richard Lewis and senior associate Steve Johns.

Baker & McKenzie were the legal counsel for Upstream.
