Freehills has announced it is acting as legal counsel to Prime Infrastructure on its $2.5 billion merger with Brookfield Infrastructure.

 
 

The merger, which was announced on 23 August 2010, will create a leading global infrastructure group.

The Freehills team is being led by corporate partners Philippa Stone and Tim McEwen.
