Gilbert + Tobin has advised Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) and Westpac Banking Corporation (Westpac) as arrangers and lead managers in relation to the $350 million fixed rate note issuance by Australia Pacific Airports (Melbourne) Pty Limited under its newly established $1.5 billion medium term note program.
