Norton Rose Australia has advised RedHill Education Limited in connection with its initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

The IPO valued RedHill at approximately $27 million with $16 million being raised from new investors.

Redhill comprises four education-based businesses, including Go Study Australia, Greenwich College, The International School of Colour and Design (ISCD) and The Academy of Information Technology (AIT).

Funds from the IPO were used to acquire ISCD and AIT, with the remaining monies earmarked to fund further organic growth.

The Norton Rose team included partner Shaun Clyne, senior associate Ebony Keenan-Dunn and associate April Thomas.
