Melbourne firm Hall & Wilcox has advised APN Property Group on the conclusion of senior and mezzanine facilities, totalling $170 million, for its National Storage Property Trust.

The Hall & Wilcox team was led by partners Mark Inston and managing partner Tony Macvean. The lenders were represented by Aaron Bourke of Mallesons Steven Jaques and Ben Emblin of Henry Davis York. NSO was represented by Ron Eames of DLA Phillips Fox.
