DLA Phillips Fox and Clayton Utz have both played a role in the $40 million capital raising for CSG Ltd.

DLA Phillips Fox partner Steven Casper acted for CSG, an Australian-owned ICT services and consulting company. Clayton Utz equity capital markets partner Brendan Groves acted for Macquarie Capital Advisers, the underwriters on the float.

Macquarie fully underwrote the raising, which comprised a $30 million accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer and a $10 million placement.
