Blake Dawson has acted for GE Energy Services (Australia) Pty Limited in its agreement with Transfield Services, advised by Minter Ellison, for the transfer of Transfield Services' 49 per cent interest in the partnership TGE Energy Services to GE for $13 million.

GE already holds a 51 per cent interest in TGE Energy Services. Accordingly, the transaction will result in GE owning 100 per cent of the business and dissolving the partnership.

Blake Dawson's team comprised Peter Stirling, Claire Hannon, Jason Hewitt, Richard Bunting, Jane Harvey, Geoff Mann, Michelle Siu, Rebecca Brown, Ian Kellock and Tim Loh.
