DLA Piper Australia has advised on the sale of Australia's largest provider of employee reward and gift card programs to Qantas.

Wishlist Holdings Limited manages 120 employee rewards programs for more than 85 clients, including ANZ, Optus and Telstra.

DLA managed the interests of 37 individual sellers, representing the shareholders of Wishlist in the sale of 100% of its shares to Qantas Frequent Flyer Limited.

Canterbury Partners acted as corporate advisors to Wishlist while Minter Ellison acted for the buyer.

Melbourne-based corporate partner Mark Burger and senior associate Andrew Crean led the DLA team with corporate partners James Newnham and Dr Gerry Bean, special counsel Jonathan Ackerman, litigation and regulatory partner Stephen Sawer and consultant Peter Rashleigh and their teams.
