Deal: CHAMP Private Equity sells International Energy Services (IES) to McAleese

Key players: The KWM team was led by M&A partner Mike Barker together with Matt Coull and Ryan Thorne. On the banking side, KWM partners Richard Hayes and James Mok worked with Will Stawell. The lead partners for Freehills were Peter Dunne (pictured) and Hayley Neilson.
