A With organisations focused on thriving and surviving in the current market, it is likely that your managers will be focused on your performance review. There are a few steps you can take to ensure you are properly prepared for the review this year.

First, make a list of your achievements to date, including details about your budget, interesting work in which you have had a critical role, situations where you have demonstrated teamwork, articles you have written, involvement in specific marketing activities, and contributions to the social life of your organisation. This way you ensure your manager is acutely aware of your contribution to your career development and to the organisation's profitability.

Second, collate any feedback that you have obtained from senior managers, partners or other solicitors that you have done work for.
