HOLMAN WEBB Lawyers Sydney partner, D’Arcy Kelly, has been appointed a director of the State Capital Global Law Firm Group, a worldwide association of independent law firms.

This marks the first time an Australian lawyer has been appointed to the international board, and recognises the contribution of member firm Holman Webb to the group.

With over 130 member firms, the State Capital Group is the second largest independent legal network in the world. Headquartered in Washington DC, its member firms are found in 50 US state capitals and in capital cities, financial centres and business markets around the globe.

Kelly specialises in business, commercial and corporate advice, litigation and transactions, estate planning, estate litigation and property transactions.
