He joins the firm from the in-house legal team of AWB Limited, where he was senior corporate counsel for three years. Prior to his time at AWB, Rosenthal was a senior associate in the corporate group at Arnold Bloch Leibler.

Partner David Burridge said Rosenthal “brings to the firm strong technical skills and expertise in corporate law, together with the valuable experience of being a client of, and working alongside, some of the world’s leading law firms in a number of jurisdictions including the United States, India, China and several European countries”.
