SOUTH AUSTRALIAN boutique firm Kain Corporate & Commercial have adopted two new lawyers in Dean Davies and Denis Kennelly.
Between them they have more than 70 years’ legal experience, having both been former partners with established Adelaide law firms.
Davies has extensive experience in all property and commercial related matters and has dealt with many industry sectors including governmental, institutional and commercial. His role at the firm will involve advice on all types of property matters including commercial premises, retirement villages and tourism facilities, leases, sales and purchases of businesses and companies, and general commercial and corporate issues. Davies will also be responsible for coordinating the firm’s professional development program.
An experienced commercial litigator, Kennelly has been involved in many commercial cases, and he practises mainly in general commercial litigation, insolvency and trade practices. Kennelly’s experience is in proceedings in court, along with mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. His role will involve advising on all litigious matters, acting as a mentor to other lawyers and training the firm’s recent graduates.
