NEW ZEALAND firm Hesketh Henry has welcomed both Sarah Kerr and Christina Bryant to the partnership.

Kerr has extensive knowledge in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, general commercial contracts and issues arising under securities legislation. She joined Hesketh Henry in 2004 as a senior solicitor.

A specialist in civil and commercial litigation, Bryant has a strong background in professional indemnity and insurance claims. She came to the firm in 2003 and has worked on a variety of complex high-value commercial claims and construction and commercial property disputes. She has particular interest and experience in medico-legal and health related issues.
