Western Sydney law firm Coleman & Greig has appointed three lawyers to the position of associate.
Michael Saliba, Peter Stewart and Susan Warda bring the total number of associates within the firm to six, as well as seven partners and over seventy employees.
As a member of the litigation and dispute resolution team, Saliba has acted for small and large developers, councils, family-owned companies and major corporations. He has a particular interest in building and construction law, and has gained significant expertise in building and construction litigation in the Supreme and District Courts and in the Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal.
After joining the firm in a management capacity in 1986, Stewart completed his legal studies and become an integral part of Coleman & Greig’s corporate and commercial division. As well as advising on a wide range of commercial issues, Stewart is also actively involved in the firm’s immigration practice, where he provides expert advice with regard to business migration and residency issues.
Warda is an accredited specialist in family law and a respected member of the family law team. After working in the field since becoming a solicitor in 1993, Warda has had exposure to all aspects of family law including complex financial matters and residency and contact arrangements for children. She is particularly interested in mediation and has completed additional study in the field through Bond University.
