Western Sydney law firm MatthewsFolbigg is pleased to announce the appointment of Simone Brew and Anna Zdrilic as directors.

Having joined the firm in 2003 after 13 years working in a large Sydney practice, Brew will lead the local government group in local council, land, environment and litigation matters along with director, John Boland. She will also continue to act as the firm’s lead counsel for building and construction legal disputes.

After working for several years for a boutique commercial firm in the city, Zdrilic joined MatthewsFolbigg in 2000. In conjunction with managing director, Terry Doust, Zdrilic will oversee the property commercial group and the banking and finance division. Her expertise is in all areas of property law and property finance law with a focus on development projects, and in acting on acquisitions and disposals of businesses, in particular restaurants and childcare centres.

MatthewsFolbigg has over 40 years’ experience in both commercial and personal legal services. Following the new appointments, the firm now has 11 directors.
