Firm Sparke Helmore announced the appointment of six new partners, one special counsel and eight senior associates, following a year marked by substantial growth and key client acquisition.
Boosting Sparke Helmore’s partnership ranks are Colin Webeck in the government division, Philip Keays in professional indemnity/professional liability, and John Wallace, Matthew Smith, Greg McCann and Janice Nand in the workplace relations, safety and environment team.
Joanne Palamara has been appointed special counsel in the firm’s compensation division, while senior associatesannounced were Richard Suters (government), Kylie Watts (energy and resources), Nigel Kemp (professional indemnity/general liability), Renae Harding and Joanne Flitcroft (workplace relations, safety and environment), and Nick Brennan, Lydia Demetrios and Shelley Johnson (compensation).
