Atanaskovic Hartnell announced the appointments of Mark Wilson as a partner in the corporate and commercial team, and Lisa Wright as a partner in the dispute resolution group, effective July 2006. Wilson joined the firm in 2004 after 5 years with the UK magic circle firm Linklaters, in which he handled a range of large European M&A and private equity deals. Prior to that he was a managing associate at Allen Allen & Hemsley (now Allens Arthur Robinson), specialising in both large corporate and tax matters. Wright has over 15 years of experience in a wide range of dispute resolution and litigation matters, and has acted for global insurance companies, federal regulatory bodies, other top tier law firms, listed property trusts, financial services companies and corporates.
