The firm said Bouris, formerly of Henry Davis York, has specialised in retail and wholesale investment products, insurance, product disclosure, distribution, advertising, financial planning, licensing and anti-money laundering.
Mallesons Stephen Jaques has announced the appointment of China M&A and corporate lawyer Stuart Valentine as a partner of its China practice. Valentine joins Mallesons from the Hong Kong office of Clifford Chance where he has been since 1988. His experience includes advising clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and regulatory issues relevant to foreign businesses in China.
