National law firm Dibbs Abbott Stillman has appointed Keith Redenbach as partner and Helena Golovanoff as senior associate to the firm’s property and construction practice. The firm said Redenbach and Golovanoff bring leading edge experience to Dibbs in the construction, engineering and infrastructure sectors and build on the firm’s already strong property and construction sector practice.
Carter Newell has appointed Guy Danalis as an associate and Kelly Keys as a solicitor to the corporate and commercial team. Danalis has experience in a broad range of commercial matters with a particular emphasis on M&A and corporate advisory. Keys also has experience in a broad spectrum of commercial matters including negotiation and drafting of contracts relating to sales and acquisitions and franchising, property development, corporate governance and trademarks.
Johnson Winter & Slattery has appointed Robert Wyld as special counsel focusing on dispute resolution. With nearly 20 years experience, he has particular expertise in competition, white collar crime and fraud, IT and taxation related disputes and in the conduct of representative proceedings or class actions in Australia and overseas. Wyld was most recently a lawyer with Blake Dawson Waldron.
