Queensland firm McInnes Wilson Lawyers has lured a former official receiver for Queensland - Stephen Eleftheriou - across to their insolvency team.

Eleftheriou joins the firm as a special counsel from the private bar, but prior to that held the office of Official Receiver for Queensland for seven years.

He has extensive experience in complex insolvency and other civil litigation in both state and Federal jurisdictions.
