Trans-Tasman firm Duncan Cotterill has expanded its partner ranks in Sydney following the appointment of Jill Milburn.

Milburn is an experienced corporate lawyer with particular expertise in financial services. She's acted for major Australian and international banks, financiers and funds managers in relation to transactional business, corporate restructuring and compliance obligations.

She's a former partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal and Thomson Playford Cutlers, and she's also previously worked at construction and services company Kellogg, Brown & Root.
