New Zealand firm Minter Ellison Rudd Watts,has snapped up environmental law specialist Daniel Clay from DLA Phillips Fox.

 
 

Clay, based in the firm's Auckland office, has more than ten years' experience in the field.

He primarily advises land owners and developers on a wide range of environmental issues and he has board experience in development and planning matters.

He has appeared before local authorities, the Environment Court and the High Court of New Zealand. He also advises on liquor licensing, and in respect of Maori land and treaty issues.
