Richardson, who joins as an executive lawyer, and Talakovski, who joins as a senior associate, have both moved across from Sydney and Melbourne firm Norton White.
They specialise in banking and insolvency litigation, acting for banks, financiers and insolvency practitioners.
The firm has also recently brought on Marcus Connor as a senior associate in the corporate and commercial team. Connor, who moved across from Chang, Pistilli & Simmons, has broad corporate experience, including advising on private treaty transactions, debt and equity raising, funds management and energy and resources-related work.
