Mallesons snaps up Blakes M&A partner
Mallesons Stephen Jaques has today (27 January) announced the addition of two new partners as well as seven internal partner promotions ahead of its March merger with King & Wood.
Adding to Blake Dawson’s loss of partner Daniel Preston to Freehills this week, Mallesons has secured Blake Dawson M&A partner Sally Audeyev, who joins the firm’s M&A practice in Perth this month.

Also coming across to the Mallesons partnership is international arbitration lawyer Alex Baykitch who joins the firm’s Sydney office in the second quarter of 2012 from Holman Fenwick Willan.
Joining the Mallesons partnership from 1 January 2012 are Nicola Charlston in Melbourne, Stefan Luke in Brisbane, Alex Morris and Michael Causer in Sydney, Dan Kynaston and Paul Crawford in Canberra and Brad Galvin in Hong Kong.
Mallesons also appointed two special counsel in its Sydney office and 21 senior associates in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Sydney.
