Clayton Utz partner and national head of the firm's construction and international arbitration practices, Doug Jones, has been appointed president of the Dispute Review Board Foundation Australia (DRBFA).

 
 

He has served for a number of years on the DRBFA's executive committee.

The DRBFA is involved in the promotion of the use of dispute boards throughout Australasia - a method which has proved successful in projects around the world, including in relation to a number of high-profile Australian projects.
