Former Barrister Julien Castaldi has joined Moray & Agnew as a special counsel in Newcastle.

Castaldi's 11-year career as a barrister saw him appear in a number of significant cases, including the long-running Bell litigation in Western Australia and the Lehman Brothers liquidation in the Full Federal Court in Sydney.

His extensive litigation and dispute resolution experience covers the fields of trade practices, contract law, trademarks, copyright, banking and finance, professional negligence, insurance law, insolvency and defamation. He is also skilled in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

At Moray & Agnew he will advise on front-end commercial matters.
