John Conlan has rejoined New Zealand firm Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, after spending 18 months in London as a senior associate with Herbert Smith LLP.

Conlan specialises in corporate, property and construction finance, lease transactions, asset financing, personal property securities and Securities Act compliance.

Conlan joins the firm's Wellington banking and finance team as senior associate.
