Queensland firm Carter Newell has strengthened its litigation and dispute resolution practice with the addition of Jodi Palmer as an associate.

Palmer has experience in building and construction litigation, property litigation, banking recovery and insolvency, and representing property developers and builders in actions against suppliers, subcontractors, engineers and product manufacturers.
