Parramatta firm Matthews Folbigg Lawyers has appointed Fay Calderone and Stewart Gough to the position of director.
Both senior associates of the firm for some time, Calderone practises exclusively in workplace relations law while Gough practises in workplace relations, corporate and property law.
Calderone assists employers to establish legally compliant HR documents and systems and advises on all matters relating to the workplace including employee entitlements, performance counselling/disciplinary matters and management of discrimination, OHS, bullying and harassment in the workplace.
She also has extensive experience assisting clients with workplace change projects and advising on risk minimisation strategies.
Gough advises employers on employment agreements and policies, terminations, redundancies, contractor agreements, award entitlements, transfers of business, disciplinary procedures and acts for defendants in OHS prosecutions as well as general corporate law advice.
