The Brisbane office of Gadens Lawyers has expanded its property and corporate advisory teams, with the recent appointment of six new solicitors.

Joel Moss, Lindsey Smith and Frank Chio were appointed as solicitors in Gadens' property and commercial services team while Edwina Rodd, James Woodgate and Michael Whitehead have joined the firm's corporate advisory team.

 
 

Specialising in native title, cultural heritage and resources law, Moss brings over four years of experience working as a lawyer at the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Environment and Resource Management.

Smith has expertise in commercial and residential property acquisitions and disposals, property development and retail and commercial leasing.

Chio specialises in planning and environment and also has expertise in commercial and residential property acquisitions and disposals.

Joining as a director, Rodd specialises in both corporate and commercial transactions and has a strong background in tax.

Woodgate and Whitehead have experience in corporate and commercial transactions and general corporate advisory work.
