Jennifer Hughes has joined Baker & McKenzie as special counsel in the firm's Sydney environmental markets practice, leaving DLA Phillips Fox where she has worked since 1997.
Hughes' practice involves advising in the areas of planning and environmental law, waste management, local government law and commercial negotiations and climate change law. She has extensive experience advising local governments, developers, corporations and contractors.
Hughes will work with partners Andrew Beatty, Paul Curnow and Martijn Wilder.
