Workplace relations specialist Jane Seymour and her team have joined Gadens Lawyers in the firm's Sydney workplace relations team.

Previously the director of the Sydney office of Justitia Lawyers and Consultants, Seymour has joined Gadens as a partner along with the rest of her team from Justitia, including a senior associate and junior lawyer.

Before establishing the Sydney office of Justitia, Seymour gained her workplace relations experience at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Blake Dawson and Australian Business Lawyers.

Seymour will join Gadens' national workplace relations practice group leader Mark Sant, with whom she previously worked with during her time at Blake Dawson.

Discussing her team's move to Gadens, Seymour said: "It was a great opportunity. It's a great firm. It was the culture, the expertise in [the workplace relations] area. It is a true stand-alone practice which is great."

Seymour, who brings 20 years of experience in workplace law, said the workplace relations team at Gadens is looking to expand further. "We are recruiting at the moment which is exciting. The team continues to grow."
