Curwoods Lawyers has appointed former Sparke Helmore lawyer Philippe Paquet as senior associate to its compulsory third party team.

 
 

Paquet has significant experience in multi-million dollar compulsory third party claims relating to personal injuries such as paraplegia, quadriplegia, multi trauma, amputation and brain injury.

He also has extensive experience preparing cross claims against councils, road authorities and other negligent persons or entities which have a role in injury claims.

Paquet has international experience in the United Kingdom with the Treasury Solicitor and Lovells.
