Watson Mangioni Lawyers has appointed John Biggs as director, effective 1 July.

As part of the firm's commercial litigation and insolvency group, Biggs has been with Watson Mangioni since June 2005. He specialises in commercial litigation, trade practices litigation, corporations law litigation and insolvency.

Biggs acts for a range of large and small companies, directors, shareholders and insolvency practitioners. He conducts commercial litigation in all jurisdictions, particularly in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia, across industries including financial services, telecommunications, information technology, publishing, retailing, property and construction.
