DLA Phillips Fox Adelaide has appointed former Minter Ellison partner Brett Thorneycroft as partner, three weeks after the internal promotion of three other partners.

Thorneycroft has over 19 years of experience providing legal advice on major projects, mergers and acquisitions and complex contractual documentation.

He has particular expertise in managing complex transactions, due diligence and the drafting of sale/purchase documents.
