Gadens Lawyers Brisbane has added nine new lawyers to its team, including Shannon Martin, Joseph Shaw, Alanna Fitzpatrick, Leonie Hallam, Madeleine O'Connor and Yuzo Araki.
Martin joins the firm's litigation and corporate recovery services team as a solicitor, bringing a wide range of experience in civil commercial litigation, debt recovery, bankruptcy and insolvency.
Also joining the litigation and corporate recovery services team, Shaw offers specialised skills in litigation, insolvency and contractual disputes involving commercial property and construction.
Fitzpatrick has been appointed to the workplace relations and safety practice as a solicitor. She has experience in employment advice and litigation, industrial relations, workplace health and safety prosecutions and compliance, anti-discrimination and sexual harassment litigation, human resources support and corporate risk management.
Hallam joins the firm's insurance, infrastructure and risk group as a solicitor, bringing expertise in workers compensation, personal injury and negligence claims.
Also joining the insurance group is O'Connor, whose expertise includes professional indemnity, product and public liability and property damage.
Araki joins the firm as a senior associate in the corporate advisory practice, bringing extensive experience in commercial litigation matters such as breach of contract cases, negligence claims, misleading and deceptive conduct claims and disputes involving international trade and transport.
