TressCox Lawyers has promoted four of its staff to partner and senior associate level.
Maria Kerhoulas and Nick Duggal have been promoted to the position of partner, while solicitors Marini Mann and David Woodford have been promoted as senior associates.
Kerhoulas joined TressCox in 2003 and practices in litigation and dispute resolution. She has particular expertise in contracts, trade practices, corporations, professional indemnity insurance, wills and estate and animal welfare law.
Duggal, who joined the firm from Anderson Rice in 2005, specialises in the field of workplace relations, having operated in this area for more than a decade.
Mann joined TressCox in 2009 and practises in the area of insurance litigation, including professional indemnity claims, personal injuries and public liability matters.
Woodford has been with the firm since 2000, joining on a full-time basis in 2006. He works in the areas of capital raisings, M&A, compliance and company secretarial services.
