Taylor joins the firm as a senior associate from AEI, a Houston-based investor in international energy infrastructure, where he was senior legal counsel.

He brings more than eights years of experience gained at Freehills, Davis Polk and Clifford Chance in New York, including significant international M&A and projects experience in the broader energy sector.

A qualified mining engineer, Ralph joins Mallesons as a senior lawyer, having recently returned to Australia from Herbert Smith in Moscow where she practised in the oil and gas sector.
