Gadens Lawyers has appointed Middletons solicitor Niva Yoganathan to its corporate team in Sydney.

Yoganathan has experience advising on equity capital market transactions and corporate structuring.

Also joining the firm's corporate team is solicitor Matthew Pieterse from O'Hallorans Corporate Lawyers. Pieterse will work within the capital markets and corporate advisory space.
