Jones Day has snapped up Hogan Lovells' former China managing partner and IP head, Horace Lam.
Joining the firm as a partner in the Beijing intellectual property practice, Lam brings experience in contentious and non-contentious patent, trademark and copyright work.
He represents multinational companies in enforcing their intellectual property rights in Asia and has handled numerous IP disputes in China and Hong Kong.
Receiving his Bachelor of Laws at the University of New South Wales, Lam is a member of the both the Hong Kong and Australian bar associations and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
