Michael Linehan has returned to Clayton Utz as a partner having left the firm in 2004 for Holding Redlich.
Linehan will return to Clayton Utz in the firm's Melbourne corporate practice, bringing with him lawyers Quentin Reidy and Angela Manolakos.
Having started his legal career with Clayton Utz as a graduate in 1995, Linehan has spent the last seven years as a partner at Holding Redlich in Melbourne, developing a strong corporate client base and representing a diverse range of organisations.
During his career, Linehan has acted as lead adviser on significant transactions such as the sale of Godfreys and Adairs' national retail businesses.
