After 18 years at Freehills, commercial property partner Jay Andrews has joined Corrs Chambers Westgarth.

Joining Corrs' Sydney office as a partner, Andrews advises on major transactions in the hotel and leisure sector encompassing acquisition and ownership structures, management agreements, complex title issues and the negotiation of hotel development documentation.

Andrews' recent transactions include advising Starwood Asia Pacific on the sale of the hotel business of the Darling Harbour Four Points Hotel and advising Mirvac on the purchase of the Marriott Courtyard at North Ryde.
