Norton Rose Australia (NRA) has appointed Australian partner Natalie Breen in the commercial, real estate and disputes practice, to be seconded to Singapore.

Previously in senior positions at Stockland, Mallesons Stephen Jacques and Minter Ellison, and as an in-house counsel at Australian financial services group Challenger, Breen has expertise in listings, acquisitions, disposals and other off-shore real estate transactions across Asia and Europe.

"Australian real estate is an attractive destination for off-shore capital. This role capitalises on Norton Rose's global capacity in real estate and provides 'on the ground' expertise to both clients investing and transacting in Australia and other parts of Asia, Europe and the Middle East," said Breen.
